Hello my name is Lyshonda Herring Iam the ceo of Trace Lab Collections. Iam a AscpPbt (certified phlebotomist), CNA, NC commision Notary, and Dot certified. I started Trace Lab Collections because I saw firsthand how difficult it was for my grandmother to access basic healthcare services. Something as simple as getting lab work, fingerprinting, or testing done became a stressful process. She had to rely on others for transportation, sit in long waiting rooms, and navigate systems that weren’t designed with her comfort or convenience in mind.That experience opened my eyes to a bigger problem in our community—too many people, especially seniors, working individuals, and families, struggle to access essential services in a timely, private, and convenient way. I realized there was a gap between healthcare services and accessibility. So I created Trace Lab Collections to bridge that gap.
